Requirements

• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, or engineering documentation
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (calipers, torque wrenches, gauges)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained hands-on, physical work throughout a shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
