Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of California employment law and employee relations
• Experience supporting rapidly scaling startup or high-growth tech companies
• Experience building HR programs and organizational processes from scratch
• Experience leading performance reviews, calibration and succession planning
• Experience partnering with executive leadership through organizational change
