Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments
• Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with PCBA testing, sensor validation, actuator testing, calibration workflows, or end-of-line manufacturing test systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems for electromechanical hardware products
• Ability to interpret production data and identify actionable trends
