Requirements

• 5+ years in polymer or materials production environment
• Hands-on experience with adhesive dispensing processes and failure modes
• Experience leading root cause investigations and containment on production line
• Data analysis proficiency in Excel, JMP, or Minitab
• Familiarity with PFMEA and Control Plans
• Associate's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Manufacturing Technology or related field
