Requirements

• Experience recruiting skilled trades or technician talent in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a comparable hands-on environment
• Demonstrated success managing multiple openings from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and closing
• Experience building candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationships beyond inbound applications
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to maintain accurate ATS records and use data to guide priorities
