Requirements

• Technical hands-on quality engineering leader able to build organization
• Strong expertise in NPI quality planning, PFMEA, control plans and inspection strategies
• Proven ability to lead containment, root cause analysis and corrective action
• Experience developing MRB, incoming inspection, metrology and production quality systems
• Familiarity with statistical methods, process capability, MSA and quality reporting
• Experience across motors, batteries, electronics and structural assemblies
• Experience building quality systems in startup or rapidly scaling manufacturing environment
