Requirements

• Senior surface modeler turning industrial design intent into production-grade digital geometry
• Build Class-A surfaces with G2/G3 continuity for soft covers, trims, foams and molded elastomers
• Translate sketches, clay and 3D scan data into manufacturable surfaces through tooling release
• Ensure surface feasibility for molded foams, elastomers and textile-wrapped parts
• Own handoff from Alias into parametric CAD for patterns, molds and fixtures
• Set digital surfacing standards, workflows and quality checks
