Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing roles
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading sourcing, procurement, or supply chain teams
• Experience owning sourcing strategy across multiple indirect, infrastructure, facilities, IT, or operational spend categories
• Demonstrated success building processes, teams, and supplier strategies in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience
