Requirements

• 0-3 years experience including internships, vocational training, or personal projects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on aptitude with textiles, foams and elastomers
• Basic understanding of measurement, tolerances and assembly
• Solid CAD foundation reading 3D models and drawings
• Strong organization, documentation and communication skills
