Requirements

• 5-10 years experience (open to standout candidates with less)
• BS in engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Portfolio showcasing professional, personal, and passion projects required
• Deep hands-on expertise in textiles, foams and elastomers including knitting, weaving, cut-and-sew, bonding and molding
• Fluent in 3D CAD, surface design and FEA for durability and fit validation
• Proven design-for-manufacturability for high-volume production
• Collaborative partner to industrial design, materials and manufacturing teams
