Hands-on test leader who loves complex hardware and turning ambiguous questions into repeatable tests. You coach engineers, move fast, and want your validation work to ship humanoids into real homes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Test & Validation, Design Validation, Reliability Test, or related role involving complex hardware
• Demonstrated experience leading Test and Validation Engineers through complex projects
