Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership, including time as Controller or VP Finance at a high-growth venture-backed or public technology company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license
• Proven track record of leading at least one end-to-end ERP implementation in a high-growth environment
• Expert-level knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity international consolidation, and corporate tax structures
• Experience managing distributed accounting teams across multiple countries
• Proven track record of scaling a finance function through major funding milestones such as Series B and later rounds or debt facilities
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable messages for executives and Board
