Requirements

• Fluency in Python
• Experience with LLM lifecycle including prompt engineering, RAG, few-shot, CoT, vector databases, multimodality, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Proven data science experience delivering impactful projects with real-world outcomes
• Expertise in statistical and causal ML, experimental design, uncertainty quantification and rigorous model evaluation
• Deep learning experience building and training NLP or computer vision models with PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Experience running lean Agile cycles and leveraging AI-powered tools to prototype and ship quickly
• Strong product and UX understanding with focus on user-friendly experience
• Effective communication in English, independent ownership and growth mindset
