Requirements

• Based in or able to commute to Marina del Rey for in-office work Monday-Friday
• Car and valid driver's license for local driving
• 3+ years in office management, operations, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant work
• Highly organized and able to track many details at once
• Warm, service-minded and makes shared spaces feel cared for
• Discreet with confidential and personal information
• Clear writer from Slack messages to vendor negotiations
• Fluent with Google Workspace and quick to learn AI tools
• Calm under last-minute changes and resourceful without a playbook
• Comfortable with personal assistant work from day one
