Requirements

• 3-5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition, preferably in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics
• Proven track record building relationships with career centers, research labs, student organizations, and academic leadership
• Highly organized and proactive, able to manage logistics, events, and tracking across multiple locations
• Passionate about candidate experience
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills engaging leaders, campus partners, and students
