Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical discipline
• 4+ years in configuration management, change control, or document control in hardware manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with PLM and/or ERP systems for BOM and change management
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate ECR/ECN/ECO workflows cross-functionally
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-alignment skills running review boards
