Requirements

• Led multiple engineering teams including managers and senior ICs to deliver on committed timelines
• Scaled product between bespoke/single-customer and multi-tenant SaaS or single-tenant enterprise deployments
• Able to review architecture proposals and evaluate language, OSS and tech stack choices on merits
• Experience with mature CI/CD pipelines and Release Engineering to improve ship cadence and quality
• Managed distributed teams of remote ICs
• Partners effectively with Product and TPM counterparts with shared ownership of outcomes
