Requirements

• 10+ years in leadership roles with track record in Program Management
• 7+ years driving programs in manufacturing and operations environments
• Experience building and mentoring technical and non-technical Program Managers
• Strong data-driven decision-making across departments
• Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse and executive audiences
• Operate with high degree of autonomy
• Comfort working without mature systems, clean data, or clear processes
