Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in Quality, Field Quality or Reliability Engineering in complex hardware industries
- 5+ years leading technical FA, Quality or Sustaining Engineering teams
- Hands-on failure analysis of electromechanical systems including actuators, sensors and PCBAs
- Expert practitioner of RCA tools including 8D, 5-Why, FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis
