Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 5+ years procurement or supply-chain experience with 3+ years focused on cable harnesses, wire assemblies or interconnects
- Strong understanding of harness manufacturing processes including crimping, molding and testing
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, connector specs and DFM requirements independently
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
