Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain with 5+ years in PCBA or electronics commodity management
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and ability to read schematics, BOMs and DFM/DFT
• Proven experience managing global electronics suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMs/ODMs)
• Deep experience in should-cost analysis, cost modeling and supplier cost breakdowns
• Familiarity with NPI processes, change management and engineering collaboration
• Skilled in negotiation, supplier performance management and strategic sourcing
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and supplier management tools
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%
