Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or related role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Experience building reports or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
• Experience with web or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, Semrush)
• Solid grasp of core marketing metrics such as conversion rates, funnel stages, and campaign ROI
• Strong attention to detail and habit of checking work
• Clear written and verbal communication including explaining findings to non-technical audiences
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and prioritizing requests
