Requirements

• 10+ years in program management with at least 5 years managing complex hardware + software programs including deployment at customer sites
• Direct experience in robotics, automation, warehouse/logistics technology or complex electromechanical systems in production environments
• Track record leading challenging programs to success with ownership of customer outcome
• Fluency with full customer lifecycle: solution design, site readiness, commissioning, acceptance testing and field support
