Requirements

• 4+ years developing and deploying RL policies for robotics applications
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning framework
• Experience designing reward functions, tuning hyperparameters and implementing exploration strategies
• Experience with perception-in-the-loop control using real-time sensory inputs
• Proven experience deploying RL policies on real-world bipedal or quadrupedal robots
• Familiarity with robot simulation environments like MuJoCo-Warp or Isaac and sim-to-real transfer
• Collaborative approach with ability to deliver safe, high-quality software in fast-paced environment
