Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent technical degree or experience
• Mechatronics troubleshooting, root causing, maintenance and repair
• Excellent hand tool skills
• Providing clear direction and detailed updates to management
• Operating in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines
• Working independently and collaboratively in a remote workforce
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow cross-departmental standard operating procedures
• Experience traveling independently
• Excellent customer communication skills
