Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with 2+ years in-house
• Experience recruiting technical roles, preferably hardware engineering
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and partners
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Authorization to work in the USA
