- Lead, coach and develop team of Deployment Specialists
- Own hiring, onboarding, workforce planning and performance management
- Own field service operations across deployment lifecycle
- Oversee robot commissioning, maintenance and break-fix support
- Manage service schedules, resources, priorities and escalations
- Establish SOPs for deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Diagnose complex mechatronics, hardware and software issues on site
