Requirements

• 10+ years of legal operations or paralegal experience with significant leadership time
• Proven experience managing legal operations teams and complex workflows
• Experience supporting corporate governance and securities compliance
• Experience at a public or late-stage pre-IPO company strongly preferred
• Prior law firm or in-house legal department experience
• Experience supporting Board and committee meetings
