Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• 6+ years deploying robotics or automation systems in real-world environments
• Experience designing mechatronics systems or industrial automation
• Expertise in Python, networking, and hardware/software system interfacing
• Proven track record solving hard technical problems at automation-customer intersection
• Strong communication and leadership skills across engineering, product and stakeholders
• Comfortable owning complex projects independently and mentoring others
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
