A seasoned supplier quality engineer passionate about robotics hardware who thrives auditing suppliers, solving electromechanical failures, and partnering cross-functionally to build a reliable supply base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering plus 10+ years supplier quality experience
• Expertise in quality engineering tools and methodologies for hardware and electronics
• Deep knowledge of PCBA fabrication, SMT, wave solder, cabling and final test
• Expert in GD&T and interpreting mechanical, PCB and harness drawings
• Familiar with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willing to travel to US and foreign suppliers 10-50% of time
