An analytical and collaborative planner with deep hardware manufacturing experience who thrives bridging factory floors and suppliers to keep complex humanoid production running without interruption.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of supply planning or material planning experience in complex manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or high-tech
• Experience in electronic component supply planning, PCBAs, and active/passive components
• Track record auditing material readiness and managing CMs and EMS providers
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for multi-level BOMs and material requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, and reporting
• Capability using AI for data transformation and automated supply chain outlier detection
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
