Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years in-house
• Experience recruiting for technical software and/or hardware engineering roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Authorization to work in the USA
