Requirements

• 4+ years technical sourcing experience with 2+ years in-house, preferably high-growth tech
• Experience sourcing across software, hardware, robotics, AI or related engineering
• Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other sourcing platforms
• Proven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience using ATS and sourcing metrics to manage pipeline health
• Authorization to work in the USA
