Senior simulation or controls leader passionate about humanoid robotics who thrives on data-driven architecture decisions and cross-functional collaboration to turn vision into reliable, scalable systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in dynamic simulation of platforms to drive product development as senior or lead
• 5+ years experience with simulation system, process, and tools development as senior lead
• 3+ years robot system/architecture development as senior lead engineer
• Deep understanding of robotic system design and Component Simulation and Digital Twin with OS in loop
• Proven experience delivering complex robotic systems from ideation through production to field deployment
• Strong foundations in software engineering, robot kinematics, dynamics, controls and system modeling
• Experience with simulation tools such as MuJoCo, Gazebo or equivalent in design and validation workflows
• Experience with AI and reinforcement learning techniques applied to robotics learning and control
• Strong communication skills influencing decisions across multidisciplinary teams
