Senior simulation or controls leader passionate about humanoids who thrives on data-driven architecture and cross-functional influence to turn field needs into scalable, reliable systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years in dynamic simulation of platforms driving product development as senior/lead engineer
• 5+ years in simulation system, process and tools development as senior lead engineer
• 3+ years in robot system/architecture development as senior lead engineer
• Deep understanding of robotic system design, component simulation and digital twin with OS-in-loop
• Proven delivery of complex robotic systems from ideation through production to field deployment
• Strong foundations in software engineering, kinematics, dynamics, controls and system modeling
• Experience with MuJoCo, Gazebo or equivalent integrated into design and validation workflows
• Experience with AI and reinforcement learning for robotics learning and control
• Strong communication and collaboration skills influencing multidisciplinary teams
