Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering for robotics, real-time systems, or complex hardware-software integration
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, low-latency systems from scratch
• Track record as autonomous executor delivering production-quality software
• Experience designing low-latency communication and streaming systems for real-time applications
• Ability to trace and debug performance across software, networking, and hardware boundaries
• Experience in modern C++ or Rust building low-latency real-time systems, Python a plus
• Excellent communication skills partnering with AI, controls, and hardware teams
