Requirements

• 10+ years of system-level verification and validation experience in robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, aerospace, or similar complex electromechanical systems
• Hands-on experience using robot simulation environments to develop and execute test cases, generate synthetic test scenarios, and support regression testing at scale
• Experience testing complex robotic or electromechanical systems including manipulation, locomotion, or similar multi-DOF systems
• Familiarity with safety-critical system validation and functional safety standards such as ISO 13849, IEC 61508, or ISO 26262
• Experience in fast-paced product development environments balancing rigor with speed
