Requirements

• 10+ years leading total rewards strategy in technology startups across compensation, benefits, equity and perks
• Experience managing equity and stock-based compensation programs
• Proven ability to assess market trends and recommend innovative rewards changes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into action
• Excellent cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for HR technology, HRIS, compensation planning and people analytics tools
