Requirements

• 12+ years technical program/project management including 5+ years leading program managers
• Experience leading NPI/NPD programs in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace or complex electromechanical products
• Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in a fast-growing organization
• Strong executive presence communicating status, risk and tradeoffs to C-suite and board
• Deep fluency in program management methodology and tools including stage-gate, risk, critical path/schedule
