Requirements

• 8 years of industry experience
• 4+ years of ML infrastructure experience across preprocessing, training, evaluation, inference and deployment
• Extensive experience with deep learning and/or foundation models via PhD or equivalent industry work
• Experience with end-to-end model development from dataset construction to monitoring
• Familiarity with modern LLM and vision-language architectures including MoEs and long-context models
• Knowledge of agentic systems including tools, memory and long-running workflows
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for performant, scalable systems
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with cloud and containerization such as GCP, AWS and Docker
• BS or MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
