Requirements
- Ability to dive into a codebase and leave it better tested and easier to understand
- Understanding of designing for low coupling and high cohesion with incremental refactoring
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with trunk-based development and continuous integration
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design
