Requirements

• Experience investigating HR and employee relations issues including interviews, data analysis and documentation
• Ability to lead complex investigations and provide guidance and audit oversight to investigators
• Experience analyzing case trends and recommending strategic actions to address systemic issues
• Experience handling labour relations as point of contact for management, employees and union representatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and sound judgment
• Dynamic, organized self-starter able to balance projects with time-critical crisis response
