Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 7+ years in systems engineering, verification & validation, or test engineering in aerospace or defense
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary test campaigns
• Experience with SEMP development and verification planning aligned to review gates
• Experience defining and tracking technical performance metrics
• Experience planning and leading Test Readiness Reviews
• Working knowledge of configuration management for test article control
• Experience developing acceptance test plans for qualification to production
• Strong knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-704
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
