Requirements

• 5+ years as strategic HR partner and advisor, typically HRBP or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching and employee relations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software systems
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
