Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a strategic HR partner and advisor, typically in an HRBP, HR Generalist type role
• Knowledge of HR practices including employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management and organizational effectiveness
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software systems
• Commitment to excellence, detail-oriented and adept at multitasking
• Discretion to maintain confidentiality and recognize what needs to be escalated
• Ability to function independently and problem-solve with minimal or no direction
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate at all levels
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
