Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with CAD systems in engineering environments
- 3+ years in CAD administration, architecture, or leadership role
- Proven experience with PLM/PDM platforms, preferably Teamcenter
- High proficiency in major CAD platforms, preferably NX
- Strong knowledge of CAD file formats, translators, and data exchange standards
- Programming/scripting experience with Python, C#, VBA, Lisp, or CAD APIs
- Experience with version control and system configuration management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with leadership ability
