Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience including senior technical leadership
• Experience as technical authority or lead engineer on defense, aerospace or complex programs
• Track record managing engineering teams and delivering on cost and schedule with program management
• Breadth across hardware, software, mechanical and/or electrical with cross-discipline trade-offs
• Familiarity with NPI processes including EMD and manufacturing readiness
• Strong communication skills conveying technical concepts to teams, leadership and customers
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
