Detail-oriented, proactive paralegal with 4+ years in corporate governance and M&A who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning organized, efficient workflows across teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate governance, entity management and M&A
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, DocuSign, Adobe, SharePoint and Jira
• Proficiency in CT Corp, hCue and CSC
• Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when necessary
