Requirements

• 7+ years experience in facility or campus management, preferably in large corporate setting
• Data-driven problem solver with quantitative thinking and analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsive
• Experience planning, coordinating and executing multiple client needs
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams and business units
• Commitment to customer service and positive work environment
• Comfortable with technology and facility management systems
• Must be a U.S. Person
