Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with manufacturing, hardware engineering, or government contracting exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience building or operating cost allocation, shared-services, or chargeback models in a multi-business-unit organization
- Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build unit-economics and make-vs-buy analyses
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technical/engineering leadership and finance peers across business units
- Advanced Excel and financial systems/ERP proficiency
- Must be a U.S. Person for export-controlled access
- Prior shared-services, platform, or internal-supplier finance experience preferred
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing cost structures preferred
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
